I'm looking for scenes of people shaking their heads or their feets to the rhythm of the music, not dancing completely! only moving their feet or head.

Only scene that comes to mind is from Eureka seveN where Renton is bobbing his head back and forth to the speaker music the DJ is mixing.
I think thats episode 22 or 23.

Uhh, if I recall well, Haruhi does some feet thing on the episode where they 'play a game' based on machines and space stuff. >:
Maybe k-on have those things as well? I'm not sure. But you could basically get a normal scene and loop it some times to make it seem like they shake their heads I guess.
