Help: Claymore AMV from a long time ago...

Post by Weakling » Sun May 08, 2011 4:17 am

Greetings everyone.

This is probably going to end up being pointless but I thought I would give it a shot. If this isn't the right forum/board to post this please let me know or move it to the proper one. I need assistance identifying and finding the creator and actual video of a specific Claymore AMV I watched a considerable amount of times almost 5 years back when the series first aired, and when youtube was less strict. I'd really like to give some praise to the creator and see the AMV again since it made a huge impact on me (I wouldn't be trying to track it down if it didn't, creating this account for that purpose alone). I do not know who created it or the exact title, but these are the details I can list:

-the track was "Lamentation" by Leah Andreone.
-the general theme was centered on the Claymore series' characters young Claire and Teresa, their relationship and included very few battle scenes (if any). It was more focused on how Teresa grew to love Claire before her unfortunate demise.
-the title of the AMV definitely had Teresa in the title with a few dashes and whatnot, might have had Lamentation as well (something like "– Claymore - Teresa's Lamentation -")
-it's possible this youtube user was involve in uploading/creating it, but that's just speculation based on some googling.

I know it's a long shot but I'm hoping someone here has also seen it (or maybe even created it), and I apologize for the lack of detail but it has been a long time since I saw it. It was a powerful and excellent AMV which hit me pretty hard, very well done and I'd love to view it once more if it's floating around out there. I've searched for it on and off since I first noticed it disappeared and have had no luck. I really regret not saving it somehow and expressing my enjoyment of it while it was up.

Anyway thanks in advance for any serious responses. Hopefully I'm not just totally inept and it's an easy to find AMV, but I've tried my best to find it.
