Well if you're only looking for good clips to use and don't necessarily care to watch the series then start with the Darker Than Black Gaiden OVA's. Four of them, pretty good fight scenes. The series isn't known for it's over the top action but the OVA's have some good footage

Ohh, for fight scenes and good animation? Mm... well if you can get the OPs textless, they have really animation. There's also episode 22 where Hei goes berserk and everything just lights up.
And Hei's final battle with the Chinese assassin in like episode 24 is good too.
