I'm pretty sure Baccano! has a scene with Ladd kicking some guys ass in 1st person.

Kara no Kyoukai Garden of Sinners 1 has two first person scenes. One walking up stairs and opening a door and one running into a crowd. There's also a scene in the middle of Vampire Knight ep 3.
