Have you seen the homebrew Wii head tracking? (Not saying this is what Sony will do. :P Just looks neat for a 2D display)

doki: that's amazing. From what I've heard, Sony's thing uses cameras and facial recognition software to see where your eyes are and it goes from there. No idea how they're actually making it work for multiple people, but they're claiming they can.
