using 3D stereo visuals in their video's?

For example:

The previous image says 3D in 3D-stereo.

I'm pretty sure there's a tool which let's you add a custom 3D-stereo pattern to any image you supply it with, although I forgot the name of the program (it was freeware).

Would be alot of work though, edit and paste every frame in your video

I don't think it would work with moving pictures, unless they were VERY simple. That, and its a lot harder to view the pictures on a monitor and especially on a TV, because of the refresh rates. Once you lock on it might be ok, but also remember that your image will not have any color to it. But, if you have a simple video, that you didn't mind the lack of color, and you could get it to go, it sounds like it would be fun. Good luck.
