I have this as the skin for my Opera browser, I got it some time ago somewhere on the net, and like it much. I know it was under the Anime category, so does anyone know who and from what series that crazee guy could be? Looks really funny ^_^

yeah, i remember reading about it in N64 magazine or some weird obscure not-nintendo power magazine and how it would never come to america EVER and I was like damn every game should come to america because n64 rules and im a 10 year old
