Is it ok to upload my amv in this site even if i already uploaded it on Youtube? I'm just clarifying things..

Of course it is. As long as you make sure it fits the site definition of amv and make an entry for it you're good. Be advised, though, that only PG13 content can be uploaded on the org, so if your video features hentai or heavy gore, you can only have indirect links to it. Ngsilver will provide you with hosting for such vids, though, so it's fine.
