Get my Ability to Leave Opinions Back

So now I have been banned from leaving Opinion for a long ass time (is it 2 years yet?) and I would quite like to get back this privilege.

Is this possible? What do I need to do?

Not being allowed to express your detailed opinion and having to rate each video right after watching because you can only have 1 video in the " Pending Stars..."-section is fuck'n annoying though

Yeah, I'd have to say I think 2 years is long enough. Plus you don't act like you used to (as far as I can see...)

And the limit on star-rating thing is kinda ridiculous. Wouldn't limiting it to one just make you more inclined to not care how you rated it and to just give it whatever so that you can move to the next video?

Though that does remind me...pending star rating limit is 10, right? Or is it 8?
