Angelfire should load it if it's only 4 MB. Their max is 20, so 4 should fit easily, unless you have other files taking up space on the account.

I am going to tell you right now that hosting is a bitch. To find free AMV hosting, you will either have to set-up your own FTP site off of your computer as I plan to do at some point, or find somebody very gracious to host the video for you. No company is going to give you hosting adequate for AMVs (at least 100 MB minimum and good bandwidth to host one video) for free. It costs money. Just look around for the best deals.

And don't believe the myths about limitless bandwidth. It's a ruse to get your business. Most companies that advertise limitless bandwidth actually cap your bandwidth if it gets too outrageous (from their standpoint, not yours).

Actually, when they mean "Unlimited" means that they're usually confident enough that they can usually provide alot of bandwidth, I have around 4 Terrabytes of bandwidth and I've barely scraped 20GB even with hosting Tainted Donuts, talk about slow :). But anyway, look for a good deal, if you need only AMV hosting you can look for melfina, if you want 100MB, you can contact me at goottaname@animeconnection.net
A 4MB vid? Um... Hope the quality is good....
Oh, one more thing, if you want to host your own ftp site you must at least have a moderately fast internet connection and a powerful comp...

DAMN! You guys actually pay to have someone host these things? I realize that it's the only viable option since a lot of these files are so ridiculously huge but... they're only AMVs.

It's called taking pride in your work, dude.

Calling something "just an AMV" is foolhardy. It's a hobby, true, but a lot of work go into these pieces, and some of them really turn out well for those who go the extra mile to get them so. And people want to see them.

Don't knock people for paying to host something they're proud of...that's just rude. =0(
