CHS Otaku Fest AMV Contest is now open!

CHS Otaku Fest is an anime convention in Ellicott City, Maryland that is coming up on the 24th of April. We are now accepting entrees into our AMV Contest. You do not have to attend to submit an entree. There are prizes for individual catagory winners and the overall best!
