local downloads and uploads not working

i can preview videos, but the locals won't download and i can't upload to kero either.

temporary glitch i hope....?

Valid problem, getting a "Problem loading page" when trying to download local.

Yeah, I cannot download anything either..

I keep getting this page after the 10 second wait for downloading (instead of a download dialog opening)
