Check out miku miku dance, an animation program. you can appearently make a girl go yogurting in like 5 minutes in that program. Plus with the right presets, maybe 3 minutes.

If colored CG was added instead of the black and white mix, to me at least it would lose its impact and some of the seamless transitioning would be lost because with color comes more detail and that creates jarring differences.
