Only barely made it... Worst time ever to get a sudden hailstorm, have the power go out, and then my computer not be about to boot up. I wish I could say I was making it up. But the video is up.

I predict many complains on the forums as soon as the screener dvd comes out over how this year is the worse year yet from the same people that said as much the last couple of years. Since history repeats, best to prepare for it.

The most ironic thing being that the people who see the dvd are the pro who submitted, who are carrying on the *whine whine* contest-not-as-good *whine whine*

Oh I'm sure. The last few years have shown a lot of people bemoaning the downfall of the AMV contest... and although last year had no standouts that I can remember off the top of my head, I do remember enjoying most of the videos.

I'm sure someone will complain. But I'll probably enjoy it.

Yeah I know I don't around here much... but I'm pleased to see a good amount of old reg dates entering or at least talking about entering Pro this year.

I hope everyone is pleasantly surprised.

to quote what I usually see after they bitch about the videos being bad:

"MY video is clearly the best in the contest! I can't understand why it didn't win. These people don't know what a good video is"

I wonder how many of those people we'll see this year.
