Re: Youmacon 2009 Music Video Contest Rules
The HMV contest is a separate contest altogether. Though any videos submitted to the MV contest which are cut due to content will automatically be entered into the HMV contest. We only require that no live action pr0n be used when making your HMV, as we are unable to show that during the convention. Everything else is free game.RolltheStampede wrote:unless you are making a HMVngsilver wrote: In a nut shell, this is not an AMV contest, but a MV contest.

Just a friendly reminder that the contest is still here. There is little over 2 months left to submit your videos.

Yes, 60fps is fine, but keep in mind that the video will be scaled down upon playback and converted to DVD specifications for the DVD compilation that will be made for showings outside the VAT.

Re: Youmacon 2009 Music Video Contest Rules
Just a small question. I didnt want to ask this before last year, but I was curious.
I won Best Drama last year at Youmacon, but have yet to receive any award for it. I sent two videos for this year. If any of the vids I sent win, would the awards be sent, along with the 2008 award? Because I know Fanime was late on their awards as well, they gave out the 2008 winners in the 2009 contest along with the 2009 Winners.
