I had been doubting the validity of this sequel... whether it would be any fun...

Holy shit that was epic. I'm diggin the roughneck/western/TF2 feel to it.

The frying pan part was funny. They need the *PWANG* SFX for it though, better have it in the game .

I'm gonna miss the old chars though. I think they should of stuck with em or atleast louis.

I ended up spending what little spare money I have left atm on a game called "Demon Souls" thanks to one of my friends. I gotta say I'm quite impressed.

Not only is it hard as hell but its got alot of interesting aspects to it. I'll try to explain a few interesting things but I'd rather not go in depth about the game for fear of making it appear lamer then it really is.

-Medieval/folklorish RPG style game
-HARD AS HELL/Very challenging/Despite its RPG elements even though you could call it a "Hack and slash", you wont be able to beat this game by just hack and slashing. You NEED to think.
-Bosses are pretty unique
-Yes, this is an MMO ps3 exclusive
-While running around in the game you see "soul-like" images of people running around, those are actually other players on the server just like you fighting for their lives.
-When you die or they die you leave a pool of blood on the ground, when others click it they can see a short replay of how the dead person died to make a judgement as to what they should do so that doesnt happen to them.
-You can also leave behind blood messages for people to read as like a hint. I ran into a few so far in the game that are like, "Beware of traps"... etc... or "Dangerous Enemies ahead"..
-When you die you become a soul with half hp and increased magic damage but decreased physical damage. You can also assist people who are still alive once you get a certain item in the game, by doing this you can get your body back.
-In the same token you can also kill that person instead of helping them to get your body back. (Oh lawd let the griefing begin, In the end though this kind of defeats the purpose of gaining bodies back.)
-You can get your body back by killing monsters to retain more souls as well though by yourself, its just harder due to half hp and half dmg (which is why trying to kill other players is REALLY HARD in this way unless you use traps.)
-Due to the above not all blood messages will be helpful (Read them and determine for yourself if this is a trick, haha I like this aspect alot).
-Free online play on ps3.
-astounding music, gameplay, and graphics. definitely atleast a 9/10 from me.

All in all its done some pretty interesting things aside from regular MMO's, definitely worth looking into if you have a ps3 and some spare cash.
