I don't really care, but I like well-structured videos that spend whatever their running length well. Long videos are obviously more challenging, since pacing in them becomes really important - as much as people like to blame attention spans for lower popularity of short videos, it really is often the editor's fault; other times it's the sources' fault, since some music and visual sources can just get downright repetitive after a few minutes. So to editors, really the advice should be to consider their sources and ability to create good structure and pacing before going into a project.
