How can i make preview for uploaded video?

I just saw that my recent uploaded video have preview option that you can view the video right away on the site without downloading.

So i wanted to add preview option to my previous videos... so is there is a way to do that or you cannot do that to previous video?

It's all explained clear as day in that link. You can watch streaming vids and enable public-viewable streaming for your own vids if you've donated.
