I don't think the video description alone should gauge the quality of the AMV. I personally don't really pay attention to the video description unless it says PLEASE READ BEFORE WATCHING or DON'T READ UNTIL AFTER WATCHING or some other specific instruction when or when not to read the description.

Well most time i edit for some contest but sometimes there are projects like Twinkle, which i edit because iam bored

Do something productive instead of wasting your time. Unless you have nothing productive to do... then go ahead.

What I mean is, if it was a planned project or something you've been working on for a little while and not just some "I got bored" thing then (in my opinion) it's perfectly fine to make the amv. If you have something more productive to do than say... make a 30 second video cause you're bored, go do something else. I don't have a problem with people making these videos, but I tend to only watch videos that I hear enough hype about anyways, though I do have specific editors whose videos I watch.
