FTP Error

HELP PLEASE
I can't upload my video. I follow this tutorial http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... yer/up.htm....my problem is create the link for my video. I put the user name and the password that they gave me...everything goes fine until I drag my video to the paste "server". Don't let me put anything....It gaves an error : x
