I have it also, and I have no mod
Actually, what happens is that Firefox (as of v3) has an option to use whatever anivirus software you have installed on you PC when you complete a download.

So, it's not a module, but it's not a built in scanner either.

I think this feature is only available on Firefox for Windows.

Urk! ...and I though the first one was bad.

In any case, whatever my personal opinion of these... umm... videos may be, I can at least confirm that they both appear to be virus and script free.

I think you need to look elsewhere for the source of your infection: like those apps you downloaded from that P2P network, or that special video on that website that needed you to install that strange codec, or that email from that girl with the big... You get the idea.

I didn't download anything within the last year before the videos, so it was one of them, and all e-mails from people I don't know get spamed, Like I said, i'll keep surfing 'round and try to find the others.

I'm sorry if I'm being difficult, sooooo much crud is going on in a very, very bad way

You can see every LOCAL video you've downloaded here, as long as you've rated everything you've downloaded.

All three seem fine. No viruses and no scripts in the WMVs. The WMVs use Windows Media 9 and the AVI uses XviD. All play fine.

I really don't think that these videos were the source of you infection.

The virus did goof up Norton, but, why would it say a video from here did it?
