Wind-Up Records Question...

Okay, I know that the following bands' songs are not allowed by Wind-Up Records to be used here: Seether, Amy Lee, Evanescence and Creed, but is 12 Stones okay? I just want to make sure they're allowed up here, before I get all project happy only to discover they're not permitted on the site, worth a shot I guess.

Bitch and whine about it all you want, but it was done in the interest of keeping the Org out of trouble. Wind-Up contacted the site and requested that videos using songs by their artists be taken down, and rather than face legal action, the request was honored. What's so hard to understand?

I'm not whining but I'm just saying that it's kind of dumb that Wind-Up doesn't want people to promote their music on this site because you have to buy the music yourself. it's no big deal, I don't really have any good songs from 12 Stones anyway.
