Password change?

Password change?
Okay so I haven't been on in a few......several years, and I cannot figure out how to change my password. I forgot my original password so I had to get a new one....and it is to hard for me to remember. If there isn't a way to do this then I'll just save the pass in my browser and make a text file, but i figured this would be easier. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
