The FTP Server
I was trying to upload one of my videos; however, when I got to the FTP site and it asked me to out in the username and the password, it didn't let me on. I tried it again, and the same box that asked me to put in my username and password (yes, I know it didn't want my actual screen name, i.e., the one you see) re-appeared again! Everytime I try to log on, the box just keeps coming back. I looked through the FAQ about video uploading, but I didn't see anything on this, so I thought I'd come here and ask: 'what's wrong with the dang thing!?'.

Re: The FTP Server
When you request the upload you should get a screen that looks somewhat like this with the username and password

Put that info in and you should be able to access the server.

what ftp client are you using?
(if you have an ftp server program, it won't work. You need an ftp client)
