Am I allowed to upload this type of video?

I make AMVs using footage from Twilight Princess and Super Smash Bros Brawl. I often mix in live-action clips from the original music video to make the videos a bit more interesting. Is this acceptable for uploading to this site?

There are (G)AMVs with Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Game) and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess in the catalog already, so I imagine you could, if there's 50% or more of the game footage in the video. Unless I'm mistaken somewhere, or something.
