This is an english speaking site with english speaking people. Why do we need guides in French/German/Russian etc?
English is spoken 'cause it's the most widespread language on the world, but the org is meant to be a worldwide open catalog for amvs and as such having the site translated also in the other main languages would only make sense.
If the whole site would be avaiable in different languages, I could understand it. But only the guides seems useless to me.
