I'm have a bit of trouble uploading one of my videos. When I put the ftp address and I allow it to go through by pushing "Open FTP in Windows Explorer" it then opens up a new window and says "Window's cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details: The connection with the server was reset". So now I'm unsure of what to do~
Could someone please explain~?

You need to get an ftp client (be careful, as there are also ftp server programs too)
Filezilla is free and pretty easy to use; however, nobody can upload videos right now (Video server is out of space, the admins are waiting for new parts to show up.)
