Admin confusion about deleting my video.

Okay, I was trying to check if the Yogurting Promo was already in the confirmed anime list and the only way I found to check the list was starting the creation of a new video entry and go up to the part where you select the anime. But I thought the new video would only be saved in the database when I concluded all of the steps for the video information.
Well, it turns out it's not really that way and it saved my video entry right away.

Then I sent a deletion request but the admin/mod answered:

A video doesn't have to be uploaded for the video information to belong in the video catalog. As long as the amv has been made, it belongs in the catalog.

Well, I understand that, and that's true, but the thing is the video doesn't even exist. It was just my attempt to check the confirmed anime list.
I didn't know who to contact to talk about this. I don't know who is in charge of the video deletion requests, so I request here that you delete my video. It's name is: "r6uyuyu". As you can see it's just a string of random characters I put up.

On the same subject, is there any way I can check the confirmed anime list without having to create a new video entry?
The admin/mod also said this to me:

We are working on putting the Yogurting promo video into the confirmed anime list

That's all good, but how can I check the list to see when it is available? If I can't check it, how will ever be able to request the change of locked information for my Dance Heroes video?

Btw, you can also delete my "r6uyuyu" video, as mentioned above, since the video does not exist. I've put up a deletion request for it again.
