Can't connect to FTP server

Hey I know there was an issue with the upload server being full about a week ago. Has that been resolved yet? I'm trying to upload a video (only 76 mb, so no large upload problem), and am unable to connect to the FTP server with the login information provided. I've tried with multiple upload requests, but no matter what I do, FileZilla says it can't connect to the server and using the FTP URL in a web browser or Windows Explorer just says connect reset and it can't connect. Is this a bug related to the hack, the full server, or something else?

considering only one person has been able to upload since yesterday, its quite possible that uploads are still down... the admins are still working on the last few bugs with the site, so give it a little bit of time.

I am getting same error message. JaddziaDax is probably, hopefully, correct.
