Download won't start

I can't seem to download any videos. I click on the video to download, and it says to wait 10 seconds. A link never appears, nor does the download/save as pop up.

I am running IE7, and Vista on PC.

I have shut down IE, my computer, restarted my modem, cleared my cache, history, cookies, and reset all my settings on IE to default.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Go to the bottom and press "Proceed."

if you've already done that, there should be a link at the bottom of that download page (or somewhere on it) that says, "click this link if the download doesn't start" after 10 seconds

But that's the thing...no pop up, and no link appear. It's like the page just won't load.

Turned off. I've actually gotten one or two to download, if I'm lucky to even get the the IE has blocked the download, when I click on download, and then save, nothing happens. But at least the option is appearing now. lol.

Thanks everyone, it's fixed.

I had some issues before with sites not loading correctly, restored all my defaults on IE, but forgot to turn the allow downloads thing back on
