Whenever I click that FTP site link, I get taken to either some weird page that says some web browser got installed, or just a blank page. I've tried canceling and re-doing the upload 3 times and gotten the same results. I've also tried using both Firefox and Safari.
Can anyone help me out?

An FTP program - CuteFTP is good commercial program for PC and Filezilla is a good free program; Transmit is good for Mac. But, any FTP program will do. Check out the variety of ones found at http://www.download.com
