Does this video qualify for upload?

As obvious as it seems being that The Lion King is American animation, The entire music track, however, is "Kuguutsuu Kagi Rohi ha Yomi ni Mata Muto" from Ghost in the Shell: Innocence soundtrack. Does that make up for it? In other words, even though the original movie is not anime, the actual video is made to be anime-esque.

Music has nothing to do with it, though it is the M in AMV. The A is what is important for uploading here.
