Most of this can be done in Vegas.

looks like After Effects to me, but you could do similar stuff in Vegas.

Possible in Vegas but it would be very ghetto. After Effects would do the job be fairly simple. Granted thats if you know what your doing. It's not going to be "press button - receive video" either way.
