voting on banners
hey,
I've just noticed over the past few weeks from both my work and home computer, and mostly when my sister is logged on at home, that often the links that allow you to go to the page showing all the banners you can vote for isn't there, even though it says that there are a number of new banners (not queued ones). It's not that the text for the page link doesn't come up, there is no link at all when I hover the mouse over it x_x
Anyway it seemed like a bug and I haven't managed to get a screen dump (I just didn't think of it at the time) so I thought I'd tell you.

done that (for another reason) it made no difference, and I managed to catch a screen shot of the problem which I gave to Doki a few days ago.guy07 wrote:Me nither ... maybe you should try cleaning your cookies and caches. And be sure ur using fire fox. Other then that i don't know what to say ...
Also firefox is like the piss of Satan(much like pepsi) it's destroyed my PC twice and I'm NEVER installing it again :\
I'm using the new version of IE and although I upgraded IE 6(?)months ago the problem has only happened in the last 2-3 months.
Doki asked me if it happened when I use Firefox... and since I dont use it I've no idea if those users are having the same glitch.
Katie are you using FF or IE?

I disagree. I refuse to use Firefox after SEVERAL times I aquired rather nasty viruses through it. (Yes, even with adequate protection) It's becoming more frequently used and so is more often the target of such. I had previously used a browser called "AMBrowser" which I had no problems with, then I moved to Firefox, got royally fucked over more than a few times, then returned to AMBrowser. I don't have any problems at the moment and haven't for quite some time.Corran wrote:Autraya wrote:Also firefox is like the piss of Satan(much like pepsi) it's destroyed my PC twice and I'm NEVER installing it again :\
...
There is something seriously wrong with your PC in general if Firefox "destroyed" it.
