Upload Problems

I'm kinda new to this site (and AMV's in general). I tried uploading an AMV, and even though it says it's uploaded in the FTP client, it doesn't show up on the site. The file is only about 10 MB, and it said to post this:

directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17.

in the forums. I looked around... the forums are a big place. How do I make it upload correctly?

if you don't know then don't post anything. However this should be in site help and not site feedback, however a mod may move this soon.
