Can you think of any animes where there are characters, creatures, or forces that can manipulate cold or ice?

Or animes involving bears.

Cardcaptor Sakura
Pokemon
Loveless
Oh My Goddess (OVA)
Pretear
Sailor Moon

Bears:
Green Green
Fruits Basket (one episode its mentioned Kyo was fighting bears)
Those Who Hunt Elves 2 (has both a bear that poos toilet paper, and a panda)
Cardcaptor Sakura (the second season deals with tedy bears, and Kero, though a lion looks like a bear)
Full Metal Panic Fumofu
InuYasha (has a bear ep somewhere in it O.o)
Pokemon (Teddyursa)

and if pandas count:
Ranma 1/2
Kyo Kara Maoh
Excel Saga (near the end of the series there is a mechanical panda)

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention: Episode 68 of Yakitate! Japan has a lady by the name of Queen Snowza what can freeze people and do other icy stuffs.
