Upload through iDisk?

Is there a way I can upload a video onto a-m-v.org if I have it on iDisk? I mean, do I have to download an FTP client?

Yes, or .. no u can host it urself somewhere else if u want.
But to host is on a-m-v.org u need an ftp client (can't imagine of another way to upload to an ftp)

there are websites u can connect with an ftp but they don't support such large filesizes.
I used to connect to my website ftp's a site named : http://www2ftp.de/
I dunno if it works.
