How do I enter in a contest

I am a little bit new here and I think that I have made a really good AMV. How can I enter it in a Contest?

Each contest has it's own rules for submission. Most of the more prominent AMV contests are held at anime conventions, and usually the coordinator for the contest will post a thread in this forum, letting people know about the contest and what all the rules for submission are. For example, right now at the top of this forum, SailorDeath posted about the Anime Central AMV Contest for this year, and posted the rules and deadlines and what-have-you. If you were interested in entering a specific contest at a specific convention, you could either look for their thread here (if it exists) or usually a con's web site will have a page for the AMV contest that lists their own rules. Basically you just need to do it on a case by case basis. There's no real "one-click" solution for entering an AMV contest.
