Error: You must download and view ...

before giving an opinion...

I'm perfectly fine with this, but what if I've already downloaded and viewed the video and I want to give an opinion? I'm pretty sure I got it through animemusicvideos.org as it's already on my computer, and I don't go through any other site to download amvs unless you count direct downloads from animemusicvideos.org.

I know I could just re-download the video and remedy this problem, but I'd rather save the site's 71MB of bandwidth for this video and any other videos I encounter this problem with. Any suggestions?

You need to download from local. It's been brought up as silly before and "discussed." - no real conclusions were made to change it.

that was actually put into place because people were leaving a lot of spam opinions... it was meant to slow those people down...

Except some people have both direct and local links. Hence my "silliness" position on the matter.
