Pogo Stick?
I know it is an extremly akward request, but I really wanna find any anime that is about a Pogo-Stick, so if anyones knows anything that could fit, please tell me o_o

I could swear that in some anime (Ranma? Trouble Chocolate? Excel Saga? Lupin?) there was a race of some kind and one of the racers ended up on a pogo stick at some point. Or like his car fell apart piece by piece and he ended up hopping on a stick. But for the life of me I can't remember what that was ... did anyone else have that feeling? I'm not just posting, but I'm hoping this helps prompts someone else's memory ...
