Now here's a question for ya. How do you classify those as "indie" videos rather than AMVs? My skeptic roommate considers both of them the same.

Fuck indie music, its 60s folk rehashed with some sarcasm. Fuck indie music videos, because there is no such thing. If the video is good, people will know about it.

I would link them, if I weren't so lazy.

And to further explain the name of the panel, we started doing the panel about 3 years ago at ACen as a way to show videos that were relatively under the radar. Either they were really good and hardly anybody had seen them, or they were really REALLY good, and just hadn't been given the recognition they deserve. It has nothing to do with indie music (JULIAN). This year unfortunately our choices were a bit more "above ground", mainly due to the fact that we found out we were doing the panel like, a week before AWA and didn't have much time to really dig for videos, but I'm still happy with all the videos that got shown.
