Are you connected to the internet through a router?
That can stop your FTP from working if its not set right.

Hmm... Check the software that runs the Mediacom and the modem box, and make sure it allows exporting to the org.

AKA make sure your ports are properly forwarded and any hardware firewalls are off or properly configured.

The windows firewall is fine - but what do you mean with the ports being properly forwarded? The only thing that would create a firewall is AVG I guess, but even with that exited, it doesn't help.

Sigh*

While I'm almost positive that this is a firewall/router problem, I would contact a mod or an administrator. Obviouly, the basic issues are not what the problem is, and so more advanced help is required.

But before that, what Web Browser do you use? IE, Firefox, Opera? Make sure the internet settings are allowing you to have proper permissions.

Also, if the issue continues, just send me your file via e-mail, and I can host it for you, if you just give me the FTP information. I have Filezilla and high speed internet this weekend, so it would work out great.
