This is probablly the stupidest question ever :/

I've just downloaded some videos, and would love to leave some comments on them. I go to their page...and I don't see a 'Leave Opionion' link anymore. Is there some new way to do this, or have I seriously gone blind? I mean, I download them all Local....

What about "Submit Opinion" above the download section?

I apparently can't see it anymore.

That's all I've got. I know where it USED to be. I've been using Internet Explorer forever, so that shouldn't be a problem.
