AX 2007 participation doesn't work

there is no check box for the AX 2007 amv contest. actually there are a few contest choices with no check box.

Can someone please fix them?

It's up to the person that put that contest on the listing to make it clickable.

its usually the person who posted the contest thread in the forum...

Though it could have been anyone. It's even been pointed out that the system allows for people to put contests up so that nobody can list their videos.

Yes, you could. Then you would be responsible for checking and confirming every other video that has AX checked...

The third step will allow you to confirm the participation of videos in each of your contests. The video creator must enter the video information and flag their video as having participated in the contest. The video status will remain "pending" until the participation is "confirmed" or "denied". Denied participation will cause the contest not to appear on the video information page. Confirmed participation will be highlighted. Once a video has been confirmed/denied, the video creator cannot modify the video participation.

If I read this right, dozens, hundreds of other people could check that box. But none of their videos will show AX participation until you personally say so.

I'm pretty sure that how it works is:

1) If the coordinator hasn't yet taken any action on a video that lists the con, the video will show participation.
2) If the coordinator confirms the video, it'll show participation highlighted (I think in green and bold?).
3) If the coordinator denies the video, it won't show paticipation.

This system is not without its flaws... I'll probably never get NDK '06 added to my video listings.
