Continue the work on an AMV

For me (who has only made one good video and about 23 uncompleted AMVS that were scrapped

), it is only if it is appealing to me. If (at any time), it loses appeal, I scrap it. Oh, and the song can't bug me either.

I make them into MEP segments. Which only need to be about a minute anyway. I go looking around the MEP section, and when I find and MEP that my unfinished vid would fit in, I sign up and use it, putting any finishing touches needed to make it a decent MEP with deadlines set by the MEP coordinator. After that, either I get motivated to finish it. Or that fact that its in an MEP and therefore on the org somewhere gives me enough closure to retire it.

My motivation is that I'm always interested how will it work out in the end, and how much of what I have in my head I can turn into actual video. The only situation i've dropped a project was when one day I played my preview and noticed I find it so lame that I don't wanna watch it anymore.

3. Sheer will to finish what I start

It could be any of the three though one and three often play a bigger part in it than two.
