Banner Upload problems! HELP!!!

Hi. I'm having trouble uploading more banners. I've submitted a lot of sucky ones but I REALLY had only Paint. Now I have photoshop 7.0 and I created a moving one. And It STILL won't upload. HEELLLPPPP!!!!! :oops: :?: :twisted: :shock:

What does it say when you try to upload it?
It might be because the new year's logos are being voted on?
