Anime Weekend Atlanta 13
I'm in ur anime cons forum, postin about ur AWAz.
Here are things you should know:
The Waverly (con hotel) is sold out. You can get waitlisted, but you need to call the CORPORATE number. The Waverly cannot help you. They have no access to anything.
The Sheraton is right across the road, and an overpass connects its parking lot to the Cobb Galleria Center. As far as I am aware they still have rooms; I will correct this if it is no longer the case. There are a few other hotels in the area.
I have decided to drive. If you're an editor I know (either because we have previously met, or we talk a lot online) and I trust you, and you live around Interstate 20 (which goes from Dallas to Atlanta directly), I may be willing to pick you up. Be aware, I plan to go to the con early and leave late (perhaps even wednesday to wednesday), so if you wanted to go one direction and fly the other, that's a possibility as well. Also, I only have room for four comfortably, including me.
In addition, I will keep you abreast of any developments I am aware of concerning rooming etc as my limited position allows me to know.
Post all of your other AWA stuff here.

I've got a room at teh Waverly myself and will be there. Don't have a flight yet but that will get resolved soon. Look forward to it every year. . .um the con not the flight.
Though the drive from the airport to the hotel is pointlessly long (about 40-50 bucks by cab) and the shuttle is slow. This is a problem considering I try to make the AMV gathering we have each year. This is way early but I'll probably be asking for a ride to the hotel from the airport once I know precisely when I'm arriving.
And who is bringing the hospital pillows this time?
