What is the number of conventions you go to in a year?

I hit Otakon last year, hope to do that and AWA this year. So I'll say two.

Last year was AWA and a small British con, but that's not running this year and neither is spare cash so I think just AWA will do me.

So I guess that's 1.5 :p

I've been to:

Anime Expo ('02 - OMG! So much to do, so little time... One day...)
Ushicon ('03 - Nice!)
A-kon ('03 - Otaku Funk.. Borked AC..)
AWA ('03, '04 - AMVs!!)

This year:

Ushicon?
A-kon?
Nan Desu Kan?
AnimeFest?
AWA?

All of them would depend on many things....

Ushicon - Looking for a place to crash.. Possible money and vehicle problems... Might be last minute... If I do go, it'll be just to hang out.

A-kon - Money? Might have a possible job doing dispatch work for the fire season! Might not be able to go?

Nan Desu Kan - Money? If it doesn't conflict with AnimeFest? Maybe save money for AWA?

AnimeFest - Same as NDK...

AWA - Big possible maybe... Should have money for the trip.

You know you can always crash at my place for AnimeFest and A-Kon. As for Ushicon, I'm sure we could find you some space at the Milo or Corral casa.

Last year I went to
Jacon
Metrocon
AWA
Otakucon (the people who run Kunicon will never get another cent of my money, avoid them like the plague)

I would definitely go to Jacon, and Metrocon again if I weren't moving out of FL. I will probably fly back to attend AWA though. So this coming year I will probably only get to go to two cons.
