DISCLAIMER wrote:It is under the utmost consideration I am posting this topic, as it is very early when compared with the September 23 start of the con. It is due to the aggresive nature in which people have been booking nearby hotels this convention season. Remember, people will change their plans, this is all extremely preliminary. It would be prudent to make arrangements now, however, you can always cancel. You will have the option of not worrying about lodging if you confirm you are going later next year. No one you plan with will take this personally should you back out. And before it comes up, I am in no way affiliated with Marriott, Sheraton, Anime Weekend Atlanta, or commercial entity in the Anime industry in any form or fashion.
Cost efficiency and limited vacancies would suggest grouping up. I will leave the floor open to that... and to any questions you may have for me, I will try to find any information related to this.

Alright, out of hastiness I posted without critical information.
There were a "few" rooms left at the R.W. as I was told by the reservations office (interpret that as you will). One major I had known but completely disregarded the past two days was that Anime Weekend booked the entire hotel for their members. The group code for e-reservations are: AWEAWEA, AWEAWEB.

Renaissance Waverly - non-club level suite - AVAILABLE
Renaissance Waverly - club level "AWEAWEC" - NOT AVAILABLE?
Courtyard Cumberland Center - contact hotel - $164.00 (USD)
Sorry for any misunderstandings, I've made quite a few calls, online registry attempts so please bear with me... I'm trying to accurately disseminate all this for anyone needing information. Let us never speak of the group reservation (or lack thereof) fiasco again.

Don't know how many a "few" is. But I was lucky enough to get me a room today at 109$.

If ne1 can't get a room and is looking for one I'll have some space in mine.

Only for people who are 21 and up

btw i'm 22
