I'm thinking of TRYING to attend the SakuraCon (I live in Orofino, Idaho, so Seattle isn't too far from here. Hell, if you look in an atlas for a few hours, you might even find my city).
Exactly where would you go to enter your amv (if they have a contest) and how should I prepare for my stay?
Experts, come help the n00bed up ones like me.
(sorry for all the parenthises)
(there is a lot of them)
How to go to your first con?

You need to check the Web site for the latest info: http://www.sakuracon.org/.
(The site seems to be down tonight for some reason.)
AMV contest entries are done by mail. You can't deliver them to the convention. And you need to email ahead for an entry number. See the contest rules and entry form.
I think the main hotel is sold out. Not sure about the hotel across the street. There are several other hotels in the area, but you may be walking a few blocks each way. If you're driving in, the Hilton has parking, but not a whole lot.
